To encourage customers to shop via Instagram, I created a series of weekly style guides for Golden Boutique, featuring staff picks, new arrivals, and themed collections. Each post was designed to align with the brand’s aesthetic, offering a curated shopping experience that kept the feed fresh and engaging. The guides highlighted key products and provided new ways for followers to connect with Golden’s latest arrivals. 

In the initial months after Golden's opening in 2023, I created Instagram stories to help refine the brand’s voice and identify its target consumer. By designing ‘profiles’ of shoppers, I linked graphics to specific product categories, giving insight into what resonated most with different segments of the audience. These stories helped us gauge customer preferences and gather valuable data, which we used to shape future strategies and better connect with Golden's growing community.
For Natalya Tebor, I designed a series of social media posts and templates to enhance her online presence as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. The designs were crafted to reflect her refined and professional brand image, using a neutral color palette with soft pastels and elegant typography. These visuals not only showcased her services but also allowed for consistent, easy-to-use templates that kept her social media content cohesive and engaging. The overall approach aimed to build trust, elevate her brand, and connect with her audience in a meaningful way.
